May 2, 2009 Ian and Carrie

Ian and Carrie were married at The Colgate Rochester Crozer Divinity School in a beautiful ceremony and reception reminiscent of times past.

The Girls got ready in the bridal room. Carrie's dress was beautiful and fit her like a glove.

The guys got ready down the hall.

Big brother tied Ian's tie.

Bestman and big brother goes over his toast.

the guys had a bit of extra time so they played dollar poker.

Carrie walked herself down the isle.

The first time they see each other.

They had a children's choir made up of friends and family sing during the ceremony

The toasts were funny and tearful.

During the salad course they watched a video of them starting as kids.

Carrie danced with her mom and then Ian danced with his mom.

It makes for a really good explanation of how we shoot together and the benefit of having 2 photographers at your wedding.

Funny pictures and the internet

We are photographing Kevin and Tonia's wedding this fall and we have become good friends with them over the past year. They were over to the house for dinner the other night and we were playing around with the camera. Kevin took this picture of himself with my wide angle lens. It was really funny so I sent it to him on Facebook and he now uses it as his profile picture. Pretty sexy eh?

So... when I opened my Facebook page today I saw this and almost fell out of my chair from laughing. Tonia and Kevin can't stop laughing either. Enjoy!
